There will much more than just the state’s best surfing happening during the contest weekend. There will be a beach party at the Folly Beach Holiday Inn on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. Free to competitors and only $6 for friends and family. Enjoy a delicious southern buffet dinner and cash bar on the Holiday Inn’s oceanfront deck.  Lunch, snacks and SoBe drinks will be served all weekend on the beach.  Don’t miss an awesome BBQ buffet by Jamie Westendorf at the contest on Sunday afternoon, sponsored by SSC/ESA’s favorite volunteer and surf mom, Nancy Bush.

The S.C. Governor’s Cup Awards Ceremony will be immediately after the contest on Sunday afternoon at The Conch Restaurant at the corner of East Ashley Avenue and Center Street on Folly Beach.
